Prespray units are positive displacement ejectors that dispense lubricant to the die area in an airless spray upon command. Whether you use an single ejector to one nozzle or multiple nozzles the volume and velocity of the spray is controlled by a knob setting.
Actuating systems can be electronic or mechanical. Systems are available from 2 to twelve ejectors and pumps can supply lubricant to 1-20 nozzles depending on the unit size.
